		<description>Yep. I can confirm that this is a widespread problem. We have had to do something similar in the 3 different places we have stayed in here. Also, we have to clear the filters on the end of the taps often. This keeps the water flow up and the hot water reaches the various rooms more quickly.

Good to hear a recommendation of a plumber. May come in useful at some point. Do you have a number for him?</description>
