Xmas Spirit!

Further to my article: Meubles El Ejido, here’s a picture of my latest Xmas decoration just to get you all in the spirit! AND remember tomorrow is the start of advent SO I’ll be putting up my decorations. I like to get a whole month out of them each year.

    Happy to see you are easing yourself into the Christmas spirit. Are the shops/bars beginning to put up decorations?
    I loved the photos of the snow-capped mountains. Are those mountains the Sierra Nevada, or are they as I suspect, a closer range of mountains. Either way, they are stunning.
    Are there any Christmas concerts around the area in the coming weeks.
    This is the first Christmas for four years where we are unable to spend Chritmas in Almerimar, which saddens me somewhat. Good luck with ‘el Gordo’.

    IF the el Gordo is aimed at me, I have lost 5 lbs last month, but I think that was more to do with muscle loss than fat loss as I haven’t done any exercise at all!!!

    no sign of any xmas concerts or even decorations yet, although the lights are strung up in El Ejido. Need to get up there for evening shopping to see if actually switched on yet!

    The mountains in the picture are actually the view from our balcony so much closer! Chris used his telephoto. Check out the link below for another photo on our Flickr account which gives you a different perspective.
