Wow It’s Windy
March 22nd, 2008 - Sandra MarshallWe keep hearing about the lousy weather in the UK over this Easter weekend, and it is definitely warmer here, but Spain is not doing brilliantly this week either. Today we have I believe 60 mph winds, and if the spray around the marina, tiles coming off the roof, and heavy furniture shifting on our balcony, are any indication, it is VERY windy. I sympathise with anyone who has flown out for some well earned sunshine as today is one of those days when it is difficult to walk, and to think I was contemplating a run when I woke up this am. This weather follows on from washed out Easter parades in Cordoba etc. last week SO not the best bank holiday all round me thinks, and for those of you freezing in the UK he is further comfort; you are probably going to have a better night’s sleep as at least snow is quiet!
