Well they have the Wind!
January 3rd, 2008 - Chris MarshallI had forgotten that it was the Windsurfing Competition here. Well at the least they have the wind for it, if nothing else. The weather has been horrible the last couple of days, cold, windy and very very wet. I haven’t ventured out of the apartment but I did stick my head over the balcony to see if I could see much action. In a word - none. Well there are a few windsurfers around, but certainly not enough to justify calling it a competition. I actually have a vague recollection of something similar happening before the last time an event like this was organised.
It must be sole destroying as the weather is normally great and if ever there was a place that you would think would be safe to organise an event on a beach Almerimar is it.
