		<description>Just caught up with Sandra's article about wanting to live longer.  In fact an overall healthy diet is best and eat anything in moderation. Exercise can be positively dangerous.  We are what our parents were and have inherited their genes.  If they live(ed) longer so will you - probably!. If you take up walking you could be run over by a bus and when swimming you could drown or be eaten by a shark.  Best to sit around in the sun with a glass (or two) of sangria to survive longer.

There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that taking pills or food supplements work.  Ask your doctor?  In fact quite the reverse all they do is make you poorer and in some cases can actually cause damage to vital organs.  Recent studies from the world's leading nutritionists confirm this view.</description>
