This Week In Almerimar 080512
May 12th, 2008 - Chris MarshallThe sun is out, the wind has dropped, the sea is tranquil and the early morning golfers are out on the golf course. It is still a little wet so I reckon it may have rained again in the night. Internet and telephone service is back up and running. The cats are playing on the roof, and as soon as I have posted this I am going to go up and have my breakfast on the roof with them - so everything is back to normal!
Must confess that the legs are a little stiff from the football yesterday, but in a nice way, and no tears, pulls, strains or recurrences of old injuries that I can tell so all seems to be in good shape. Next session is Thursday but before that I want to run three times and play one game of tennis. With Sands away and cats requiring demanding attention in the mornings I will be going early evenings this week, so if anybody wants to join me for some gentle running they are more than welcome! I may even do some shuttles a couple of times to try and get my body a bit more used to the football requirements.
Event wise it is very quiet this week. Socially it is dead as a dead can be - so normal!!! Only thing I want to make room for this week is the Hull City v Watford playoff 2nd game, some tennis Thursday morning with Lee and football at 5pm on Thursday.
