Do you agree that a smoking ban across all public places should be enforced in Spain?
Do you think that such a ban would be enforceable if they did implement it?

Of course the ban will be enforcable, but only if there is a will to enforce it. It has happened and is working well in UK, Ireland and even in Italy where dining out is now a pleasant passtime for non-smokers instead of being the sole right of smokers and those who do not mind being kippered. I pray for the day when the European parliament say, “right you’ve had your chance now we will do it ourway”, and introduce a Europe wide ban on this filthy anti-social habit.
I said Habit as I do not beleive it is an addiction, that is the excuse of the selfish and week willed.
