Property Terms
We charge a one off listing fee of 50€ per property to be paid in advance.
We charge a 1% commission on successful sales.
We don’t charge for running a Google Ad Words campaign for your property. You set the budget to advertise the property but this must be paid monthly in advance. 100% of the budget is spent on your campaign, directed at your property page on ths site.
All enquires would come to you directly and you negotiate price, and arrange for viewings , and sort out all legal and paper work. If you want us to show property etc that can be arranged be an agreed fee.
Of course the property will benefit from been on the site so you will get people seeing it when they look at the site anyway, but if you want to push your own property then the Google Ads is a great way. I would suggest that you tried it with a budget of say 50€ – 150€ initially, maybe 50€ per month for three months? We will provide you with the stats as to how many people it attracts and you will see the adverts so will know that they are specific to your property and people wanting to buy in this area.
If you don’t have photos it costs 50€ to get them done. If you want a video of the property that is 100€.
Once the property is on the site there is no time frame as to how long it remains i.e. it will stay up until sold or you say you want it removed.
