Property in Almerimar
January 8th, 2008 - Chris MarshallIf anyone is thinking of buying a property in Almerimar to rent, already has one they don’t use all the time, OR is looking to book accommodation for a holiday in Almerimar, I found a great little local site: Almerimagic set up by a group of local property owners.
I like the name as living here myself, I do think that Almerimar is magic, and I also liked the friendly feel of the site. It seemed very easy to book, contact someone or ask to advertise your own property.
In addition to property advertised, there was lots of interesting information, including advice on buying and managing your property, local guides and links to other useful websites, including airports, car hire etc.
For anyone looking to rent a holiday property a rough price guideline is:
2 Bedroom Appt: £180-340 p/w depending on time of year, and for a Villa: £400-585 p/w. I beds start at £120 and 3 beds go up to £450 p/w.

Almerimar is located in the region of Andalucia, Spain. The nearest airport is 30km away in Almeria. Other airports that are within 3 hours include Malaga, Murcia, Granada, and Alicanti. Other holiday resorts in the region include Mojacar , Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar
