New Almerimar Life Strays Blog
November 15th, 2008 - Chris MarshallCats and helping the strays of Almerimar is something that we both feel very strongly over, and Sands in particular has got very involved. We have always used the blog to support and write about them as they are a big part of our life, and will continue to be so you will still get posts about the strays on the site.
However, Sands has decided that she wants to get more involved with the whole process and has been talking to Germany and a number of people locally about how this can be achieved. One thing that is very apparent is that the strays need promoting better so people are more aware of cats that need new homes, and that is something that we can do relatively easily, but not on this blog.
So, Sands has set up a new blog called, Almerimar Life Strays where she will write about the strays. It has photo galleries of strays requiring fostering, new homes and of success stories so that once a cat has been found a new home we can see pictures of it with its new owners etc.
The site has information on ways in which people can help with fostering, transport or sponsorship, and of course it has ways in which you can help financially if you are so inclined.
