Yesterday I interviewed Steve Homer from Comida de Almeria about the new Mojacar Culinary School project that he is involved in with his partner Arno Van Elst.
Located in the Mojacar Pueblo at El Mirador del Castello it will be open April 2011 for residential courses, although local non residential courses should be available before then.
The school will have:
- Restaurant with 25 Covers
- Function Room For 60
- Bar Seating for 20+
- Outside Terrace
- Swimming Pool & Gardens
- 5 Double Guest Rooms
