Just back from a spot of impromptu lunch at La Barca. Had only planned to pop down to the marina for a couple of chats, but friend rang to say they were in the area and did I fancy lunch? Sands was also down running a few errands so seemed churlish not to, especially as Sands was keen to try the Spinach Salad at La Barca that so impressed the judges during the recent Tapas Week
Spinach salad with Asparagus, Grilled Vegetables, Boquerones and because we are being healthy a very trendy bottle of water.
Excellent service, pleasant setting and very nice food indeed. Couple of coffees each, bill for three of us was 39,60€
