Less Property Pain In Spain?

After reading a number of articles recently about how bad the property market was becoming in Spain, and how much prices had fallen, it was good to find this slightly more positive article.

“Experts maintain there is no cause for panic selling and that the long-term prospects for the Spanish property market remain good.”

It seems that with property markets all over the world, there is mixed opinion as to how things look and what is the best option. I have always believed that sticking to things longer term was the better bet, unless you are in a situation where you have to get out.

A figure in this article that I found interesting, was that of all the property in Spain bought by foreigners, 40% of it is going to Britons … maybe we really are starting to take over!
