The weather in Spain today is looking good here in Almerimar at the moment with very little wind, blue skies, some early morning sunshine and no rain (check out the webcam if you want to see for yourself) but the general weather forecast for Spain isn’t so good with more wind forecast for everywhere apart from the South of the Canaries.

Heavy rain is expected across the South and Mainland of Spain, with snow falling in the North and in the South on the high grounds.

Wind

For Andalucia along the coast it will be from the West and up to gale force at times, as it will be in the Baleares, Melilla and certain parts of the North East. Elsewhere the wind will be at worse moderate.

General Forecast

A wet weekend for most people, continuing into early half of next week. Centre and East of Spain could be drier, but much colder then elsewhere.
