What a thorough and informative post. Also enjoyed the podcast, which gave an interesting appraisal of your thoughts on England as a ’snapshot’ – So tesco are beginning to take over our lives (if we let them) – We must stand firm and resist!!!

The greenary is something that always will be missed.

Your comments on ‘grazing’ go someway to explaining the increasing levels in obesity. Plenty of snacking – not so much in the way of excercise = weight gain (especially in children.

Did You notice any differences in the attitudes and friendliness of the people in England, compared to Spain, or is grumpiness and discourtesy ubiquitous to both countries?? – That was a bit harsh (apologies)

Glad You enjoyed Your trip to the UK, and arrived back to your ‘home’ safely. Hopefully see you around over the next couple of days. I’ll bring my trainers over in case you fancy a jog one morning.
