Endesa, Iberdrola, HC Energía, Unión Fenosa & E.On, the five largest providers of electricity in Spain are all been investigated by the CNC (National Commission for Competition ) for setting artificially high domestic tariffs ……. price fixing to you and I!

The claim is that UNESA (Spanish Association of the Electric Industry) the UNION that represents the industry brokered the price fixing agreement. Must be said that at this time no charges have made, and no hard evidence has yet come to the surface.
