In addition to the 200.001€ to be spent on the gardens of Almerimar the PSOE (Socialist) party via their spokesperson in El Ejido Guadalupe Fernandez have said that Almerimar requires more infrastructure.

There is a dispute over the 6,000 metres of land that was reclassified under Enciso, between the day centre for senior citizens and the health center, and no clear use of this land appears to have been agreed on.
