Greetings

Hi folks! Thanks for dropping in… this is not so much my blog as a little mini-blog tucked away neatly inside Chris’ blog. Anyway here is where you can read and listen to some of my poetry…I usually post something new once or twice a week and there is a new podcast every Friday. If you want to subscribe to the podcasts in iTunes just click this link, the page it goes to is in Spanish so look out for “suscribirse a esta fuente”.

If you’d like to leave comments please feel free…you need to register on the forum, just username & password & e-mail so no big deal. Please feel free to leave a comment below or email me any comments, thoughts, or prompts that you would like me to write to: iain@movistar.es

Iain Douglas Kemp lives and works in Almería, Andalucía, Southern Spain. He has been writing for over 30 years. He considers himself a Poet first and a teacher second. His influences include Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Wes Magee and Stevie Smith and twenty thousand song titles. Publishing credits include a weekly poem in “The Reader”, free English language newspaper for the Almería region, regular contributions to two local websites and podcast readings here on www.almerimarlife.com. You can check that out here.

He is a member of the on-line poetry group “The Baker’s Dozen” with whom he writes daily in between his busy schedule as a teacher of English as a foreign language.
