Here´s hoping you are enjoying the live feeds. Our guys played well in their first match, with a few subs for ‘fresh legs’ and drew against Spain, which was slightly unlucky after a late equiliser from the other side. We then lost the penalty shoot-out 3-2, but as this only counts if there are points draws at the end of the knock-out stage, we get our one point, which is an ok start. I’m home for a quick pit-stop, but going back now for their second game against another Spanish side, and I’m hoping for a win this time. Took a quick look at the cool trophys so here´s hoping, but the Argentinian side look a tad too professional for my liking. Anyway lots of support and everyone seems to be having a good afternoon, and the word is our boys have been so far largely staying off the beers despite the 3 hour gap between matches!
