Fitness Plan Started
March 3rd, 2008 - Sandra MarshallOk so this week I decided is going to be the week to really get stuck into improving my fitness, and it’s sort of appropriate being the start of spring! I’m giving myself 3 months to make some real improvements. As a start, I decided that, having sampled some of the classes at the gym, it was time to re-acquaint myself with the gym itself. The advantage of being self-motivated in the gym is that you are in control of what you do, and can make sure you get the right balance of aerobics, arms, legs and abs. Well I´m feeling good after cross-training and using the bike, but my arms definitely need a lot of work. Being a not naturally muscular person, this has always been my weakness if I stop training properly for periods and just rely on running. However I have made a positive start to the week and intend to keep going … watch this space.
