Fitness - Back On Track
March 24th, 2008 - Sandra MarshallOk, I’m back on track after a pretty bad week fitness-wise last week. I only managed to get to the gym on Monday and for the rest of the week was feeling slightly under the weather, so sensibly rested. This week I’m trying mornings at the gym as this was always my pattern in the past in the UK. I like getting my training over first thing, particularly as if I don’t have anywhere to go in the mornings, the risk is I switch into potter mode and actually don’t get much of anything else done. Today I duly left home at 9.30 and did a very good toning class, which was a great start to MY week anyway. The morning classes at The Fitness Center switch between toning and pilates so are a good balance and I’m aiming to get there slightly earlier for the rest of the week so that I can do some extra aerobics BEFORE the classes … pretty impressive if I achieve it!
