Finally!

Finally got my 2008 fitness regime off to a start with a 5K run! Yippee … was tough but I did it. It was actually touch and go as I succumbed to both a glass of white wine AND a mince pie at La Plaza at lunchtime. Heather’s mince-pies I can strongly recommend as a last Xmas treat, although probably NOT if you are planning to go for a run a couple of hours later. However I just about got away with it.
