FINALLY Back In The Groove!
April 27th, 2008 - Sandra MarshallOK so I have been posting about how I have been struggling to get down to the gym much. Well last week I actually achieved what I set out to do, so am feeling positive for next week. I managed to get down there 4 mornings for 2 tonificacion and 2 pilates classes, with a little warm-up on the bike thrown in. Great classes @ 10am (pretty civilised time), and all pretty frienly and as fun as is possible when you are working hard. I´m sticking with mornings now as this was always the best time for me to work-out. This week I´m going for 4 classes again but also want to fit in at least one run. I haven´t been for weeks as I was having slight problems with my back, but as I´m about to go to the UK and will need to run a little there, it is time to get back into it. Here´s hoping it won´t be TOO tough! At least I have my new trendy iPod arm-band (all the way from Dubai … thanks Chris) to inspire me!!!
