Euro Inflation On The Rise

It looks like inflation across the 15 ’states’ that use the € was higher in March (3.6%) than in February (3.3%) and the forecast of (3.5%). It is way ahead of the target of 2% set buy the Central Bank.
If you live in the Netherlands then you are doing well as inflation is running at 1.9%, whereas in Slovenia it is 6.6%. In Spain it is 4.5%. In the UK it is 2.5% and here in Dubai (where I am at the moment) it is pretty hard to be certain but 9% seems about right.
Looking at the way property prices are growing in Dubai it is certainly very tempting to buy something out here. I have had a brief look. The really ironic thing is that I would already have a tenant!!!! Guess what is on the agenda for the next couple of days …..
