Donate To Children In Need

November 15th, 2008 - Chris Marshall

Watched some of the Children In Need on the BBC last night, always makes you stop and think, and donate …. £20,991,216 as of 10 am this morning!

If you haven’t donated already then it is really easy over on the Pudsey Web Site. Options include:

  • PayPal to paypalpudsey@bbc.co.uk
  • By Credit Card etc to 03457 33 22 33
  • Via the red button on Sky
  • Banks, Building Societies and Post Office
  • By Post to BBC Children In Need Appeal, PO Box 1000, London, W12 7WJ

If you get the chance (depending on how you pay) don’t forget the tax break question i.e. say it is a donation and the government pay the tax back to the appeal based on how much you have donated.

If you were involved in any fund raising events this year why not leave a comment?

At Christmas time we have a Santa’s Anonymous here in Edmonton. We always buy two extra toys (boy and girl). I was thinking about volunteering to deliver them on Christmas, but haven’t found the time and the courage to do it yet.

    You should!!!

We used to do a similar thing with the Harley Group in the UK. All buy some extra presents and ride round delivery them to children’s hospitals etc

Was very rewarding to see the look on the kids faces.
