Coffee @ Café Noray
February 12th, 2008 - Sandra MarshallRealised that I had not mentioned one of the other really good cafes in Almerimar yet. This morning we fancied a coffee and, as The Square was deserted, we wandered round the corner into Darsena 3 and sat in the outside area of Café Noray with a great view of the water and boats. Next door to the cafe they now have a little bistro type restaurant that I have been told does very good pizzas among other more Spanish dishes. Café Noray is unique in that at certain times in the day instead of a biscuit with your coffee you get a mini ice-cream which is a treat. Also I like the very friendly Spanish couple who own it, the fact that it has been around a long time, the good coffee, ice-cream by the water in Summer, and, as I discovered today, the fact that unlike most other places coffee is still 1€!
