When I read the above I was a little skeptical until I recalled what a friend told me the other day about someone they know in Almerimar who has just bought a new build property and got a second (smaller) one thrown in on a 2-1 type deal.
Amazing.
Not sure what they are meant to do with it as they can’t sell it or rent it out in the current climate (not least because they haven’t got a second property to throw it with it I guess).
I have spoken to a number of estate agents here in Almerimar recently and it is a mixed picture. Some tell me that it is hardly worth opening, and indeed have switched their opening hours ……. no siesta just work through the day and close early, and others are pretty busy, with their main issue been the lack of lending by the banks, not people wanting to buy properties.
