Building Work at La Barbera

Just back from a spot of breakfast and chat with Salvador at La Barbera (should probably call it a meeting but sounds a bit formal!!!) where Paco was very keen to show us the work he is having done at the moment.

He is having a proper wooden roof put on the lounge at the far end of the bar (through the main restaurant) and will be extending it out to form a cover over the whole of the patio in due course. He asked that I took some photos when it was completed which of course I will post in due course. He said it was costing a fortune but that one upside of the current ‘credit crunch’ was that worked were working harder and better than ever before!
