The building, the second tallest in Benidorm after the Bali Hotel, has 48 floors and is 148 metres high, an it is reported that the residents of the 204 flats in the community of owners have now taken the promoter, constructor and architect to the courts in Valencia are demanding 28.2 million € to bring the property back to the standrads they claim they bought initially.
The community has spent 600,000 € since taking over the flats including 171,000 € for urgent repairs and 200,000 € for legal fees.
