Bacon & Egg Sandwich

Earlier today I was down in the marina meeting Mick in his office (aka Cafe Bar Ankara) for yet another planning meeting regards our ALStrays cat (and dog) re-homing and transport project as we need to modify the van to accommodate the fact that each trip we now seem to be transporting re-homed dogs for a organsiation or two in Murcia, and Jaen!
Anyway said meeting was scheduled, Sands was away for the day in Mojacar and Sorbas, and ray was in the kitchen: a sort of ‘perfect storm’ which meant only one things ….. bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast!
Certainly a ‘treat’ as far as my regular diet is concerned I like my bread toasted, the egg flipped so still runny but not messy, and the bacon bordering on the ‘well done’ side so for me Ray’s bacon & egg sandwich at Cafe Bar Ankara ticks all the boxes!
