Almerimar Poniente & Levante Beaches Q Certificate

Both the Poniente and Levante beaches here in Almerimar have been awarded the Q for Quality certificate at the Tourism Fair in Madrid last week.
The Q for Quality mark is a badge that assesses the health of everything that affects the end user, such as security, cleaning or maintenance of facilities and equipment.
During the ceremony to pick up the certificate El Ejido Mayor Francisco Gongora said that next year they hoped to add Balerma’s beach to those receiving the Quality certificate.
Gongora was at the fair specifically to support La Costa, the El Ejido Michelin star restaurant who were providing a tasting menu from local El Ejido produce at the fair.
