Almerimar News - Update

La Soleá and where its previous owner is moving to
There has been speculation and rumour about La Soleá and a new restaurant opening in April/May in Darsena 2 near Náutico. They are busy working at La Soleá getting it ready for the opening this weekend.
New place on beach between Espigon and Spirit Mar
There is a place on the beach that is being renovated that looks like it is going to be a bar and restaurant similar to Espigon.
Porto Fino
Work is continuing on Porto Fino and the local council have put a sign up where the new town hall offices are going to be around the back of the building.
Friday Night Dinner at Náutico
Náutico have started doing Friday night dinners with live music.
Golf Clubhouse
Work has started on the golf clubhouse in Almerimar. The sign says it will be finished in late February next year.
Road and Promenade through old campsite near lakes
Work continues on this but judging by the current state it looks like the promenade will be finished before the road.
