Sunday for Sunday here. I´m on a roll and getting ahead of myself!

Just back from Sunday brunch at my other favourite cafe (am I allowed 2?) H@cker in the first darsena. This is my chill-out cafe, great for sitting and reading the Sunday paper over a coffee and tostada with butter and marmalade. It is small and intimate, run by its owner couple, and has big comfy wicker chairs, and a great view of the boats, AND the news agent selling English papers is just a few doors down.

We did walk down this time so I´m feeling virtuous even more so because I listened to a Spanish tape on the way down. This second virtue wasn´t actually intended as I was planning to listen to a celebrity interview that I thought I had on my iPod … good Sunday morning fluff. Unfortunately I had forgotten to load it SOo having cursed a little I decided to go for my Spanish lesson.

Fantastic morning with lots of people about and the sun shining which we tend to take for granted here. Bumped into someone who has only just moved here who actually commented on the beautiful weather.

Now I´m back home sitting here at my desk listening to the kids laughing in the pool down below, looking at a view of the mountains, and about to sign off as the sofa and Sunday Times beckons …
