Thanks for that! That was what I figured based on what I read, but good to get it first hand.

So far so good on the exercise front, although I get to increase distance to 7km this week. Not so good on the diet front though – but can work on that as my core diet is healthy enough.

If you get to 15K, you will make it to 20K. Seems like you have a great plan and great motivation.
